Biography
Lancashire artist, 'Manshed' occupant and guinea pig owner.

Hello, I’m Leon.
I’ve always had a passion for creating and making things, which started back playing in my grandads garage making bows and arrows to shoot my brother with. In school, I found I had a natural flair for art. Unfortunately, I did not click with the academic art route. University didn't last long and I found myself in the world of work.
My journey initially took me down an interesting path, training as a memorial stonemason. I learned a lot as a stonemason. Creating designs and engraving them on headstones was rewarding. Letter carving and typography was also a daily practice. Always gaining an eye for aesthetics.

Outside of work, I had always had a fondness for sheds, woodworking and hand tools. I was always making various wooden projects around the house. I've made wooden golf clubs and ukuleles before today. Whatever I make I endeavour to make it as pleasing to the eye as possible.

I believe that all the skills I've learnt along the way have lead me here. I now have my workshop set up in Forton, Lancashire and live with my wife & 4 guinea pigs.

I’m thrilled to share my creations with you, and I hope you find something that speaks to you!
